London Cares Homeless Response Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Moss as the new Executive Director, effective July 29, 2024, following the retirement of previous Executive Director, Anne Armstrong. With over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to the mission of London Cares.
Chris has dedicated her career to the nonprofit sector in London, having held significant roles with organizations such as Pillar Nonprofit Network, Cheshire Homes of London, and the YMCA. In the past ten years, she has worked as a coach and consultant with various organizations across Canada, focusing on strategic planning, workplace culture, leadership training, social enterprise development, and governance training. This extensive experience has equipped Chris with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector.
The Board looks forward to Chris’s positive impact on the organization, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to address the complex issue of homelessness. Her leadership will be instrumental in driving the organization’s mission forward and achieving its strategic goals.
