London Cares provides street outreach, supportive housing and housing stability services for people experiencing homelessness. Our teams work directly with people to build relationships, address immediate needs and help create pathways toward permanent housing and greater stability.

Services

We support individuals experiencing homelessness through street outreach, resting space, and housing stability services, including supports for veterans experiencing homelessness.

Housing Focused Support Services

Our dedicated team operates 24/7 to engage individuals experiencing homelessness, building trust to connect people to services and immediate housing. We help individuals get paper ready for housing.

HIGHLY SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

In collaboration with our partners, we operate 50 supportive housing units, using existing fully furnished apartments at 362 Dundas Street, where individuals are provided comprehensive 24/7 health and social supports.

HOUSING STABILITY PROGRAM

Our housing stability program helps individuals secure and maintain stable, permanent housing through a trauma informed approach, intensive case management, and a mantra of “whatever it takes.”

VETERAN HOUSING STABILITY PROGRAM

Our housing stability focused veterans program helps veterans find their way home with supports. We are the only housing-focused service provider in our community with a specialized program for veterans.

Our services are provided with compassion and dignity, valuing an inclusive and low-barrier approach, meeting people where they are at, and using a trauma-informed lens. We work with people to be well in stable, safe housing, helping to build a compassionate, inclusive community where no one is left behind.
